Two ways of wearing the mask: The double elastic goes around the head to take pressure away from the ears. It is long enough to adjust to your head’s fitting size and close with a knot. Or cut the elastic in half and make two loops to close with a knot behind the ears. The knots can be hidden in the tunnels of the sides. The inner layer is large enough to insert another layer of fabric or a filter.
