Grilled Vegetables are called gegrilltes Gemuese in Germany.
Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables:
- pearl OR cherry tomatoes
- fresh mushrooms
- red onions
- green bell pepper
- yellow neck squash
- zucchini squash
Preparation of the Vegetables:
Wash the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the squash in cubes. Keep the mushroom whole and just cut off the stem. Cut the onion and bell peppers in quarters and then in slices. Stick the tomatoes and the cut vegetables on metal skewers. Grill them, uncovered, over low heat, or on the side of your grill for about 5 minutes, while turning regularly.
Preparation of the Corn:
- 8 – 10 pieces of corn on the cob
Bring water to a boil. And some salt and 3 tablespoons of butter. Place the corn in the water and let cook for about 5 minutes.
