Herb Butter Recipe – Kräuterbutter
This Herb Butter Recipe is easy to prepare. A great spread for grilled meat, poultry, fish and bread.
Ingredients for Herb Butter Recipe:
- 454 g (1 lbs) of unsalted butter
- 4–5 stems of dill
- 4–5 stems of parsley
- 2 large cloves of garlic
Soften the butter by stirring and set aside. Wash dill, parsley, and chives and dry with a paper towel. chop the herbs in a food chopper together with the garlic cloves. Add salt and mix the herbs into the soften butter.
Divide the butter into two and place each portion in the center of a sheet of baking paper. Press the butter with the sides of the baking paper to form a sausage (see picture below). Let the roll harden in the refrigerator. When ready, remove the paper and cut the roll into slices.
